Benjamin Larin participates in the IWH Research Group Volatility, Growth and Financial Crises as a Junior Research Affiliate. In his dissertation, he studies rational asset price bubbles and their real macroeconomic consequences in DSGE models.
Benjamin Larin studied economics in Tübingen, Granada (Spain), and Leipzig. Since April 2014, he has been a doctoral student and research assistant at the Institute for Theoretical Economics/Macroeconomics at the Leipzig University.
