Personal details

Francisco Amaral is an Assistant Professor, non-tenure track, at the Department of Finance of the University of Zurich and at the Swiss Finance Institute. He is also a member of the Center for Urban & Real Estate Management (CUREM) and a research fellow at the Kiel Institute for the World Economy. His research lies at the intersection of financial and urban economics, with a particular emphasis on the structure of local housing markets and its influence on the spatial distribution of housing prices and returns.
