Lars Börner joined the institute as a Research Professor in March 2021. His research focuses on economic history and the development of economies in the long run.
Lars Börner holds the position of Professor of Economics at Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg. Prior to that he was teaching at King's College London, London School of Economics and Political Science, and Freie Universität Berlin.
