Yannick Reichlin joined the institute and the Otto von Guericke University Magdeburg in July 2026. His research focuses on labour economics and the economics of education. He is interested in the determinants and consequences of economic inequality, studying how individuals’ job and education choices are influenced by financial shocks.
Yannick Reichlin received his PhD from the European University Institute in Florence, Italy. Prior to joining IWH, he was a researcher at Bocconi University.
