IWH Policy Talk „Risk Sharing and Risk Reduction – The Challenges that Lie Ahead“
The European Banking Authority is part of the European System of Financial Supervision (ESFA). It is an independent EU Authority which works to ensure an effective and consistent level of prudential regulation and supervision across the European banking sector. Its overall objectives are to maintain financial stability in the EU and to ensure the orderly functioning of the banking sector.
The IWH Policy Talk is an after-work format which aims at bringing together renowned economists with economic enthusiasts. After a short keynote speech about a current economic topic, the alternating expert will discuss with IWH President Reint E. Gropp. All participants are invited to contribute both during the official programme and afterwards in a casual atmosphere.
