Im ersten Teil der Veranstaltung trugen Referentinnen und Referenten ihre Forschungsergebnisse über den Zusammenhang von Gebietsreformen und Banken, die Finanzmarktintegration in Europa, die europäische Bankenabgabe sowie über langfristige Kredit- und Konjunkturzyklen vor. Im zweiten Teil fand am Nachmittag ein Podiumsgespräch zur europäischen Finanzmarktunion statt.
