International young researchers at IWH
IWH implements this vision in its personnel policy: After IWH got two professors from China and Italy on board last year, two female professors from South Korea and Germany will now work for the institute from October 2016. Besides an excellent environment for international research, IWH offers further special working conditions: It actively promotes gender equality at work and repeatedly received the Total E-Quality award.
