Unternehmen sind mit Unsicherheiten konfrontiert, die Investitionen hemmen – insbesondere hinsichtlich der Energieversorgung und der damit verbundenen Kosten. Viele Betriebe schieben deshalb notwendige Investitionen auf – genau die Investitionen, die das wirtschaftliche Wachstum antreiben könnten.
