Ofer Eldar joined the institute as a Research Fellow in July 2024. His research focuses on corporate governance, entrepreneurial finance, and law and economics.
Ofer Eldar is a Professor at UC Berkeley School of Law, where he teaches business associations, corporate finance, venture capital, and social entrepreneurship. He also serves as a research member of the European Corporate Governance Institute.
