24th IWH-CIREQ-GW-BOKERI Macroeconometric Workshop: Commodity Prices and Macroeconomic Developments

The workshop provides a platform to discuss new developments in the field of empirical and applied macroeconomic modelling and aims at bringing together academic researchers and practitioners. We invite applied and theoretical papers dealing with time series and broad macroeconomic topics.

The workshop provides a platform to discuss new developments in the field of empirical and applied macroeconomic modelling and aims at bringing together academic researchers and practitioners. We invite applied and theoretical papers dealing with time series and broad macroeconomic topics. Papers that explicitly cover the macroeconomic modelling, commodity prices and macroeconomic developments are particularly welcome. On each conference day, an invited speaker promotes the key topic in addition to contributed papers, discussants, and posters.

We aim to organise the workshop as in-person event. The workshop fee for participants is EUR 135 (reduced fee for PhD students EUR 100). The fee covers conference materials, coffee breaks, the lunch break (Tuesday), and the conference dinner (Monday). Please note that all participants have to cover their accommodation and travel expenses themselves.

Please submit your paper or an extended abstract in PDF format along with information on paper title, name(s) of author(s) and contact details to the CONVERIA submission portal.

The submission deadline is September 30, 2023. Authors will be informed latest by October 16, 2023.
